HAPPY INDEPENDENCE NAIJA @ 54

It's the first day of October, our Independence day.

Nigeria @ 54 today, Our country has seen it all; Oil boom, splendid economy, Civil War, Military in politics, dictatorship, an economy trying to strive, bad governance, Boko Haram insurgency, and of recent Ebola Virus Disease (Thank God we scaled through) amongst others.

Logically it's expected that we ought to have developed far more than our milestone, yet We still have bad roads with massive holes, there's still no constant electricity, no water, poor educational systems, what stings me most is the issue of unemployment.

What's the point of going to higher institutions? I ask myself that a lot.
Yet Our Country Nigeria still exists today and we are still suffering and smiling. We still make the best of situations, humor ourselves in times of great distress knowing that one day sanity will come back into our system and we shall have a great paradigm. I urge you all to offer a word of prayer today and thank God for Nigeria and ask God to improve our situation.

Finally, if i'm to come back to life I will still be a Nigerian over and over again. Who wouldn't?
Be proud to be Nigerian.

God bless Nigeria!
God bless Nigerians!!
God bless Africa!!!
HAPPY INDEPENDENCE 9JA
